Abstract

    Significant changes have occurred in the labor system triggered by transformations originating from processes involving capitalist restructuring, internationalization and globalization of the economy. If on one hand there has been a decrease in the industrial working class, on the other hand, a significant heterogenization, complexity and fragmentation of labor have been in course. The above is due to the various forms of labor, namely, partial, precarious, outsourcing and subletting labor, linked to informal economy and to the service sector. Discussions on whether pedagogical projects are according to the students' and society's requirements and interests, with a strong articulation with regard to a wider social reality, are provided. Current research analyzes the pedagogical projects of the Accounting undergraduate courses in three higher institutions (federal, state and private) in the state of Paraná, Brazil, to verify their status in adapting themselves to changes in the labor system.
