Abstract

The production of electric energy constantly is defied by the balance search enters the demand for energy and the ambient impacts brought by the construction of hidreletrical plants. This work has as objective to evidence the relation importance-performance in the internal controls of ambient nature in the cooperatives of electric energy of Santa Catarina. About the objectives, the research is defined as descriptive cross sectional; in relation to the procedures of collection of data, it is fit as research of census survey; and about to the boarding of the problem, it is fit as qualitative. The sample is census, a time that all the 22 cooperatives of electric energy of the Santa Catarina State had been searched. For the establishment of a crossed analysis of importance and performance of the cooperatives in the internal controls of the ambient activities it was used Importance-Performance Matrix of Slack. In relation to the analysis of the importance of the internal controls, it was possible to establish rankings of importance and performance of the entities in seventeen analyzed item of control. In the analysis of the level of individual performance of all the cooperatives perceived that 36% of these are presented in zones of necessity of improvements. For 64% of the analyzed entities, the current situation is adjusted.
