LA PANDEMIA DE DISTOPÍA: ¿QUÉ FORMA DE GOBIERNO ESTÁ SURGIENDO?

Resumen

El paradigma del gobierno, enunciado por Giorgio Agamben, se explora bajo los tres conceptos clave de iatrogénesis, gestión de riesgos y bioseguridad. El primero fue explorado por Ivan Illich y expone la contraproductividad médica. El segundo surge cuando las instituciones modernas pierden sus identidades para formar un sistema social integrado que redefine el yo de las personas. Bajo la supuesta promoción de la autonomía y las decisiones informadas, las esferas de experiencia se extienden a todos los aspectos de la vida. Finalmente, la bioseguridad es un nuevo vértice en el que, en lugar de tener derecho a la salud, las personas se ven obligadas a estar saludables. Cada aspecto de la vida se convierte en parte de la vigilancia masiva. El resultado es que solo se salvaguarda la vida desnuda (zoè), y para escapar de esto, sería necesario escapar de la pobreza modernizada.
