Abstract

The fallacy of the organizational environment creates the illusion of “having the world in your hands”, but the reality is that this day never comes. Manipulated subjectively by a logic of domination aimed at profit and the "God of the market", workers perceive themselves as autonomous without, however, enjoying the choice of options. They are obliged to act in front of a scenario, without at least being able to demonstrate their suffering and anguish. Complexing the issue, the manipulation process acts not only individually, but intersubjectively, providing an environment focused on the relationship of pleasure and anguish. If, without the organization, workers can perceive themselves as empty, meeting organizational requirements is also not encouraging, as it requires a high level of personification.
