Abstract

This paper aimed to understand the reflexivity and learning in the construction of sense (sensemaking) of members of junior enterprises linked to the Federal University of Sergipe. This research is qualitative, descriptive and exploratory. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, focus groups, non-participant observations and document analysis. Then, these data were triangulated and analyzed through content and narrative analysis. Learning and reflexivity were perceived as fundamental in this sensemaking process. The concrete experience generates observations and reflections, which form abstract concepts and generalizations. These concepts will have their implications tested on new situations, again generating a concrete experience. Reflection is part of the learning process, and both are fundamental to the sensemaking process.
