Abstract
This research investigated the profile and characteristics of national scientific production on the topic “organizational climate” in the health sector. The methodology used bibliometrics and systematic review techniques, in a descriptive and exploratory way, adopting a qualitative and quantitative approach aiming to meet the mixed methods used. The database used was the Scientific Periodicals Electronic Library (SPELL). The word used was "organizational climate" in a detailed analysis, which was possible to identify 220 articles related to the topic. A low number of researches related to the theme with a focus on the health area was identified, which may occur due to different issues such as the little evidence of this issue in the area. With the results, it was possible to verify that an analysis is necessary about the health centers focused on the organizational climate as a mechanism to promote the quality of the services provided.
