APLICABILIDADE DAS FERRAMENTAS DA QUALIDADE NO ÂMBITO HOSPITALAR: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA DA LITERATURA

Abstract

Objective: To identify the applicability of quality tools by nurses in the hospital environment, as well as to identify which tools are most applied in health services in the hospital environment and which factors interfere with the applicability of quality tools by nurses. Method: This is an integrative literature review, researched in articles between January 1, 2015 and December 31, 2019, in the Latin American and Caribbean Health Sciences (LILACS), Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO) and Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE) through the Virtual Health Library (VHL). Results: A total of 09 articles for the present study were analyzed, showing that even with all the benefits of using the tools in the hospital environment, few articles were published, which shows a weakness in communication and the rise of quality tools. The management instruments are very well used by nurses, as they enable the systematization of assistance, however there is a lot to be worked on with the information that is received after the application of quality tools in the work sector. Conclusion: The quality tools, in addition to assisting the assistance and management services of the institution, organize the dynamics of work with the multidisciplinary team in the search for service improvements, an axis directly linked to the permanent education of the professionals involved.
