Abstract

    One of the main indicators of the administration professional formation is the political pedagogical projects from the administration graduation course. These projects need to be in agreement with a new world view, in order to assure a global and critical formation to those who are involved in this process, as a way of qualifying them to exercise their citizenship, professional formation and complete personal development. Therefore, there is a great importance in this study, which focused on finding an answer to the question: do the pedagogical projects of administration graduation courses, effective on Paraná´s Colleges, fulfill the requirements demanded by the changes in the work world through the last decades?" So, an exploratory-descriptive and documentary research, of transversal cut, qualitative and hermeneutic, was conducted to detect the significant changes in the work world and their consequences on college education, focusing the administration graduation course. The general purpose of this study was to analyze the pedagogical projects of administration courses, related to the changes in the work world, from three institutions of college education: one federal, one state, and one private institution.
