SUS CARE NETWORK FOR THE HEALTH OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND COVID — 19

Abstract

ABSTRACT

 

This work aims to study the laws, guidelines and bases of the health care network for people with disabilities within the scope of the Unified Health System - SUS and the challenges faced by people with disabilities in the midst of the Corona pandemic - virus in current years 2020 and 2021. This is a descriptive bibliographic study initiated and carried out during the pandemic period based on books, articles, the official website of the Ministry of Health, World Health Organization - WHO and journals that follow and publish on the subject in the Brazilian territory. given this, understanding that the majority of the population does not have access to all health care services, due to the precariousness of care. This work has become essential to clarify possible outstanding doubts about the subject, even more so as it concludes with the theme most experienced by everyone and around the world in the year 2020, the pandemic (Covid-19). The analysis aims to guide disabled SUS users about their rights, duties, and existing policies capable of generating their well-being in society, living as citizens with equal rights to others.
