REQUISITOS E INDICADORES DE AVALIAÇÃO PARA CENTRAIS DE ABASTECIMENTO FARMACÊUTICO

Abstract

Objective: To identify the requirements and indicators of evaluation of the activities developed in pharmaceutical supply centers (PSCs) of public management.

Methodology: It is a scoping review carried out by consulting of data base Scopus, PubMed, Google Scholar, SCIELO, ANVISA and CFF.

Theoretical framework: PSCs are responsible for storing and distributing medicines directly to the dispensing units of the municipalities. The evaluation of PSCs is a tool to support management in improving processes and reducing costs.

Results: 57 documents from the scientific and gray literature were selected. Most studies have demonstrated problems with the storage and distribution of medicines, as well as human resource management in the PSC. The most recent legislation provides for changes in the pharmaceutical logistics sector. A model was developed with requirements and indicators for PSC, which considers updated legislation.

Conclusions: The results presented encourage the creation of an evaluation instrument to detect opportunities for improvement in establishments and direct decision-making.
